Stripes I

Stripes is part of the ongoing Journey Into Colour series.  It is a small mixed media piece created with many layers of paint, ink and pencil.    The final layer of coloured stripes again gives a feeling of secrecy, almost like peering through a barrier of bars at the earlier layers without being able to reach them completely.
