Sharing the Feast

Sharing The Feast is an autumn scene that I came across walking back across the fields from my walk.  I flushed a flock of about 30 small birds, then stood back quietly and watched while they started to return.  This was a part of the field that seems to have been left to nature and amongst the banquet were this happy pair of goldfinches sharing an autumn feast on some seed heads.
